Radio station has window smashed

There was no clear motive for attack on Parksville station

Police are looking for clues to find out who was responsible for smashing a window at a local radio station.

Oceanside RCMP Sergeant Darrell Robertson reported the attack happened sometime during the early morning hours of Saturday, August 27 at The Beach radio station at 166 Island Highway West.

Robertson said no entry was gained to the building, as only one window was smashed.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding out who was responsible.
