No foul play suspected in death of 38-year-old

Oceanside RCMP have confirmed that a man was recently found deceased at a campground in Qualicum Beach.

“On June 6 at 9:48 a.m., RCMP in Oceanside were called to attend a campground in Qualicum Beach. A camper called to alert the RCMP about a deceased male who was lying on the ground,” said Cpl. Jesse Foreman of the Oceanside RCMP. “The 38-year-old man was later identified and it was discovered that he had been residing close to where he was found.”
