LIGHT-UP: A large crowd gathered in front of the Community Hall in Qualicum Beach Thursday evening to watch the annual Christmas tree light up, kicking off Moonlight Madness. There were big deals to be found throughout the town at the Qualicum Beach Downtown Business Association-hosted event.
