The construction of the sewer pipeline to service Phase 1 of the Pheasant Glen Golf Resort Development will soon get underway.
It is expected to be complete this September, according to PGGR chairman Bill Dutton.
“We are very excited to get shovels in the ground this summer,” said Dutton, adding, “we thank council for the unanimous vote and look forward to a ribbon-cutting ceremony sometime in 2023.”
Qualicum Beach council approved a development permit for Phase 1 of the project that will include construction of clubhouse slated to take place in the fall, a brew pub, a 40-room lodge and 100 lots.
The clubhouse and lodge are being designed by dK Architecture of Nanaimo and built by Windley Contracting Ltd. of Nanaimo.
