TOWN EMPLOYEE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND: Cyndi Rasa reports that a fawn was recently caught in a fence and Town of Qualicum Beach employee Andy Stanhope, above, rescued it and reunited it with its mother, who was not far away. Rasa offered her thanks to Stanhope “for being such a caring and kind town representative. Just one more reason why we love living here.”
