It was fine weather for a day at the beach, and for Beach Day 2018 down at the Qualicum Beach waterfront.
Hundreds of people came out on Sunday, July 15 to attend the event, where many local groups had booths showing local sea creatures, RC boats, helping people build kites and more.
A big attraction was the arrival of skydivers throughout the day, who landed on the beach periodically.
