Pursuant to Section 464(2) and 467(2) of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) advises that a Public Hearing is not being held for proposed “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Amendment Bylaw No. 500.437, 2022” (Bylaw 500.437) . A Public Hearing is not required because an Official Community Plan applies to the area that is subject to Bylaw 500.437 and the RDN Board considers Bylaw 500.

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is reviewing District 69 Swimming Pool Service Establishment Bylaw #899.

Take notice that, the Town of Qualicum Beach has applied to the Ministry of Forests (FOR), South Island Natural Resource District, for a Statutory Right of Way for the purpose of Utility – Sewer/Effluent line (storm water outfall) for a term of as long as required.
