Notice of Application for a Disposition of Crown Land
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, UNDER THE LAND ACT (s.33) pursuant to legal principles of law and equity, that the following described property PLAN of SUBDIVISION LOT 8, CAMERON DISTRICT, namely commencing at Block Eighteen (18) District Lot Eight (8) Cameron District, Vancouver Island in the Province of British Columbia, (excluding the Westerly twenty (20) acres of the said block eighteen (18)), and which parcel is more particularly known and described as follows:
Commencing at the north-east corner of the said block eighteen (18) thence westerly along the north boundary of the said block eighteen (18) a distance of 5.635 chains to a point on said north boundary, thence southerly and parallel to the west boundary of the said block eighteen (18) a distance of 19.129 chains more or less to the intersection of the south boundary of the said block eighteen (18), thence easterly along the south boundary of the said block eighteen (18) a distance of 5.446 chains more or less to the south-east corner of the said block eighteen (18), thence northerly along the east boundary of the said block eighteen (18) a distance of 19.147 chains more or less to point of commencement; said parcel containing 10.59 acres more or less, according to a map or plan filed in the Land Registry Office at the City of Victoria in the said Province, and there numbered 1981.
Dave McIntyre and Amy McIntyre, inhabitants of the land herein described, as grantees, hereby claim all rights, title, and interest in the property described herein under Trust Id, parceled as VIP1981; whereby all legal interests by nature and characteristic in said land, including its minerals and water rights, are conveyed to the Trustee(s), primarily HIS MAJESTY THE KING in right of CANADA and HIS MAJESTY THE KING in right of BRITISH COLUMBIA, binding on the equitable trust of land herein described as conveyed notices, articles, statements, etc., in the parcels herein described by survey and appended to the VIP1981, while the beneficial owners, Dave McIntyre and Amy McIntyre, retain and hold all equitable interests by nature only, in public nominee; and/or legal estate; DAVE MCINTYRE and AMY MCINTYRE, etc.
We, Dave McIntyre and Amy McIntyre, are without notice of any bona fide or potential bona fide purchasers for value or bona fide adverse claimants, either by nature or characteristic by legal or equitable rights of claim, and that Dave McIntyre and Amy McIntyre are without notice of any superior prior, equal, equitable, or legal right, title, or interest competent to suspend or confuse our use of the property to be placed in trust, for the protection of our right to life, the security of our persons, and the preservation of the right of peaceful assembly, in perpetuity for the benefit of our hereditaments.
All written objections regarding the ownership or superior claims of trust(s) and estate(s), and any activity described within the above description of land in chains, should be directed no later than 30 days from the date of this publication.
