BLAIKIE, Alexander Shepherd
May 16, 1918 – January 27, 2010
The families of Alexander announce his passing on January 27, 2010 at the age of 91 years.
Alexander is survived by his son Ian (Diana) Blaikie of Qualicum Beach BC, daughter Margie (John) Hardy of Richmond BC, grandchildren; John Blaikie, David Blaikie, Steven Bell, Craig Bell, Macklyn Hardy, Michael Hardy, great-grandchildren; Patrick & Alison Bell, Jacob & Carter & Joslyn Blaikie and Neko Hardy.
He was predeceased by his wife Margaret in 2003 and his daughter Joan Bell in 2001. Alexander was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
A service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2010 @1:00pm at the St. Columba Presbyterian Church, 921 Wembley Rd Parksville, BC.
