BEVAN, Annie May

Annie born May 9th, 1924, slipped away peacefully on Wednesday, January 16th, 2008 in her 84th year.
Mom was predeceased by her loving husband, Bill of 42 years in May 2007.
Mom is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughters Myra (Ken), Judy and son Wayne, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; her brother in law Louis Bevan and his family; and many friends
Mom met and married Dad in Kimberly and followed him to Quebec and back before settling in 1983 in Parksville. Mom always had her welcome mat out.
Mom was active in many clubs alongside Dad such as Square Dancing, Rod & Gun, and is fondly remembered for her soup and buns at the rifle range. With much prodding from Dad, Mom earned her ham radio licences in her early 70’s. “A major achievement”.
Mom loved to bowl and enjoyed marking for the senior bowlers.
We would like to thank all the staff at Trillium Lodge for their loving care.
