It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Art on June 28, 2021. Art is predeceased by his wife, Mary Bond. He enjoyed a successful consulting career in the federal government and, later, built private sector consortia to develop Canadian trade opportunities in Asia. Art was born in Windsor, Ontario and worked in Windsor, Toronto and Ottawa. He had a strong interest in history, poetry, world religions and Asian culture. Late in retirement, Art relocated to Vancouver Island, spending winters in Arizona. Art will be dearly missed by his family around the world and friends in Qualicum Beach. We will remember his love for life and determination to live it to the fullest. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the charity of your choice.
