It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we have to announce the sudden passing of my beloved son Bob. He will be deeply missed by his loving brother and is predeceased by his father in 2018.
Bob will also be sadly missed by his separated wife and her family, as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
He loved life and as a young boy, he enjoyed hockey, skiing, swimming and many other sports. Bob loved music and live concerts. He also loved to travel, enjoyed camping and fishing trips, and the many family vacations.
Bob graduated from John Oliver high school in 1977 and attended BCIT to become a welder. Bob worked hard thru out his life, from working at Shop Easy grocery store on Fraser Street, Fraser River Pile, CN Rail, plus many other jobs.
He travelled throughout many parts of B.C. and Alberta but Parksville became his home since 1996. The island was magic to Bob and provided more travel, fishing and the making of more friends.
Bob had a unique charismatic charm and wit and he was always kind. Throughout his travels, he made countless friends which he considered his 2nd family. He touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
We all love you Bob. Forever loved, forever missed.
A celebration of Bob's life will be held in the future.
