Brad died peacefully in Qualicum Beach, son of the late Judith Pole and the late Newton Wylie. He is predeceased by his first wife, Raye Drew-Brook Wylie. Survived by his wife of 25 years, Hazel. He also leaves behind two daughters, Gail Wylie (David Wright), Ann Wylie-Toal; two sons, Ian and Christopher; two step children, Elizabeth Delbreil and Andrew Ellis; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Brad was educated in the public schools of Toronto. His working life in marketing was largely spent in Toronto. In his retirement years in Qualicum Beach he participated enthusiastically in community life and was a hard-working member and volunteer facilitating many community projects. This included founding the Newcomers Club and writing the book “Qualicum Beach, A History” as a contribution to Qualicum Beach’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

The family would like to thank the staff of Qualicum Manor for their gentle, loving care. Thanks to them, he was a happy man at the end of his life.
