Burnie is survived by one son Skip (Marj) of Parksville, BC; one daughter Googie of North Vancouver, BC; 4 grandchildren, Cheryl
(Steve) Toews of Nanoose Bay, BC, Lisa (Kris) Archambault of Victoria, BC, Krista Johnson and Riley Johnson both of North Vancouver,
BC; 3 great-grandchildren, Shawna and Stephanie Toews and Brayden Archambault; special niece Liz Collins; other family members,
special friends and neighbors and his ‘Buddy-Scratch.”
A Celebration of Burnie’s Life was held on Thursday, May 26, 2005 at Yates Funeral Chapel, 1000 Allsbrook Road, Parksville, BC
