Cameron Stuart McIntosh

Born in St. Boniface, Manitoba October 12, 1956

Passed in Parksville, BC on April 10, 2017

Cameron is survived by his wife of 40 years, Anne, his sons, Bradley (Heather), Matthew (Tanya) and Ian (Sarah;) and beloved grandchildren, Tiffany and Cameron. Cameron was predeceased by his brother, Gordon. He is survived by his brother and sisters, Tom, Margaret (Greg), Lorraine (Glen) and Heather (Allan). Cameron loved his family above all else and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

A true Renaissance man, Cameron was multi talented in cooking, painting, pottery, wood working, playing guitar and singing. He also was a computer geek from the invention of the 1st Vic 20, and a “Trekkie” from the first episode. He had an extremely brilliant and sharp mind, loved doing puzzles and models. He was constantly searching for something new to learn or do.

Cameron affected everyone he met in a positive way with his cheesy jokes and spontaneous concerts served up to people whether he knew them or not. It was a very hard person who could leave him with a frown still on their face. We lost him too suddenly and much too soon.

Cameron would appreciate any kind donations in his name to the District 69 Society of Organized Services (SOS) in Parksville or on the Mainland to the SOS Children’s Village Cloverdale Office.

A Catholic Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am

Friday, April 28, 2017, at the Catholic Church of the Ascension,

877 Wembley Road in Parksville BC with a tribute to Cameron

and refreshments to follow in the church hall.
