CATHERINE MARIE ANN KAMALI
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Catherine Marie Ann Kamali who passed peacefully on September 5, 2016 in Victoria, B.C.
Catherine was born in Fiji August 11, 1959 but soon after relocated with her family to Steveston B.C. where she lived for many years before residing on Vancouver Island.
Catherine will be fondly remembered for her free spirit, gentle kind-hearted nature, love of music, animals and the outdoors. Her sense of humour and infectious laughter will forever be missed.
She is survived by her children Tausha and Jason, partner Bruce, siblings Lani (Charlie) Michael, Marie (Estifanos), Joelle, Mark (Janet), nieces and nephews as well as our extended Fatiaki family Johnny, Diane and Cherie.
The family is very grateful for the care Catherine received at Victoria General Hospital and Victoria Hospice.
A celebration of life will be held in Catherine’s honour in the upcoming months. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to
Victoria Hospice Society.
