SKITTLES, Charles Allan
Born on November 13, 1915, passed away peacefully
on October 14, 2002 after a valiant battle with cancer
He was born in Comox and moved to Parksville in 1939. A longtime resident of Qualicum Beach, he was predeceased by his wife Ruby in 1985, and two sisters Marj and Betty. He will be sadly missed by his treasured companion Joan; daughters Heather (Norm), Margo (Ralph), Dawn (Wayne), and grandchildren Denise, Trevor, Amanda, Vicky, Kimberly, Jeff, and Bryan.
Chuck worked for MacMillan Bloedel, Northwest Bay Division for 34 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and his many trips to Reno. Chuck was a very social person and enjoyed many happy hours with his friends at the Shady Rest.
There will be a celebration of Chuck’s life October 19, 2002 at the Curling Club Lounge in Qualicum from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
