Colin Lewis Richards
November 22, 1936 - February 5, 2010
After a brief illness, Colin Lewis Richards passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side.
A celebration of life was held on February 10th at Yates Funeral Home with Reverend Cannon Don Willis officiating. Colin will also be remembered at a special memorial service to be held at a later date in his hometown of Skewen, Wales.
Special thanks go to Dr. Carr, Dr. Swart, Ron at Yates Funeral Home, the nurses and caregivers of the Vancouver Island Health Authority, the Medicine Centre in Qualicum Beach, and members of the Hospice Society. Colin was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect during his illness and the family is extremely grateful for everyone’s support during this difficult time.
Vi and her family also wish to thank everyone for their kindness, prayers, and acts of sympathy during this very sad time.
The overwhelming love and support of caring friends and neighbours was greatly appreciated by the entire family.
