Saying goodbye to a wonderful Husband, Father,
Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Friend.
After a lengthy illness, David George Reynolds passed away peacefully October 29, 2008 in the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.
Survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Arlene Ann Reynolds;
children, sons: Kelly (wife Shelia), Colin, Richard (wife Judy); daughter: Sandra; Grandchildren: Tim, Heather, Summer, Michael,
Andrea, Danielle, Stuart, Corey. And blessed with 10 Great-Grandchildren.
David was born on February 8, 1922 in Chilliwack BC. He served his country starting in 1938 at the age of 16½. He served in two wars: WWII and Korea in the First Special Service Force. A true Veteran and War Hero.
He will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held on November 10, 2008,
1:30 p.m. at the Arbutus Grove Church,
170 W. Hirst Avenue, Parksville, B.C.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and or the Arbutus Grove Church.
