David James Palmer
December 1st, 1968 - May 31st, 2013
David passed away at home. He will be forever loved and missed by all his family and friends. Special thanks to Dave’s partner Candy and mother Gail for being there for him. Thanks also to Dr Henderson, the nurses and all others who helped.
