It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah (Erickson) Albaya of Port Alberni following her battle with cancer.
She is survived by her loving parents Edward & Marilyn (Blake) Erickson of Qualicum Beach; her sister Joanne Erickson & Peter Hawkes of Victoria; her partner John Foster of Port Alberni; Uncle Gordon & Angie Blake of Port Alberni; Uncle Charlie Erickson of Duncan; plus many cousins and their children.
She was predeceased by her devoted Grandparents, Madge & Bryce Blake of P.A. and Jessie & Eli Erickson; her Auntie Rise' (Erickson) Larson and her Auntie Lorraine Erickson.
She will also be missed by life long friends Rose Deluca & Luiza Rose, and many other very close friends; and her co-workers at Ty Watson House in Port Alberni; where she worked and helped many other people on their everlasting journeys.
Deb will be forever remembered for her gorgeous smile; her vivacious and outgoing personality and her love of life. Rest in peace Debbie.

At Deb's request there will be no Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers anyone wishing to honour her may do so by making a donation to Ty Watson House, 2649 2nd Avenue, Port Alberni or to the Port Alberni S.P.C.A.
