TULP, Dora
Passed away at Lions Gate Hospital Palliative Care Unit in North Vancouver on December 28, 2003
Born in Sneek, Holland on January 19, 1922, Dora, with her husband Menno, arrived in Port Alberni, Van. Isl. on December 24, 1950. After retiring to Qualicum Beach, they moved to North Vancouver in December 1992. Dora is survived by her loving family: husband Menno of 56 years; daughter Jo-Ann and granddaughters Christine, Jennifer and grandson Dan; son Michael and wife Brigitte and granddaughter Emma. Also survived by her sister Rigt and many nephews and nieces in Holland.
At Dora’s request there will be no service. Her immediate family will be at the inurnment in Forest Grove at the First Memorial Cremation Gardens, following cremation in early January.
For those who wish to do so, donations in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at L.G.H.
