Dorothy Vleda Addy
December 5, 1932 – October 26, 2015
With great sadness we announce the passing of Dot on Monday, October 26, 2015. She leaves behind three surviving children; her daughter, Joan (Paul) Bliss; sons, Ken (Shannon) Addy and Bruce (Donna) Addy; as well as her sister, Gladys Gibson, plus many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her beloved “Doder Man” (Dozer) will miss her daily visits. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Ernest; daughter, Cathy; and son, Ernie.
Dorothy loved the outdoors especially camping with her family and friends. She also enjoyed travelling with her family to Las Vegas, and Mexico.
At Dorothy’s request there will be no service.
The family will hold a private celebration to honour her at a later date.
In her memory, take a stroll on the beach with a loved one
– that is how she would have wished to be remembered.
