Neill was predeceased by brothers, Richard and Alec; children, Richard Neill, Colin Dobbs, and Monique Falahay.

In 2000, Neill and Eileen relocated to Qualicum Beach where Neill opened a private practice serving the Oceanside community.

Neill was very passionate about helping people. He spent many fulfilling years working with the SOS in Parksville volunteering in many capacities including serving on the Board of Directors.

When not helping others, he loved working with wood, riding motorcycles; flying airplanes, travelling and spending quality time with his large blended family and friends. He will be greatly missed by those whose lives he touched.
