Eleanor Mae Lawrence (Cox)
It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Eleanor Lawrence on June 30, 2016.
She was born in New Westminster on June 12, 1932. She is pre-deceased by her loving partner Jim Everett and is survived by her 8 children, Christine, Gary, Michael (Cindy), Glen (Karen), Carol (Darrell), Dawn (Stan), Elizabeth (Kenny), Kathleen (Nick), 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, and many dear friends.
Eleanor was a 53 year long resident of the Parksville/Qualicum area and was one of the first counsellors in the Outreach 69 program. She dedicated much of her life to giving and helping others. She loved gardening, baking, cooking and was a great artist. She will be missed and forever in our hearts. We love you Mom.
A celebration of life will be on July 16th at 3pm in Little Qualicum Hall at 1210 Center Rd. off Texada Rd, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 2G8
