HARRIS, ERNEST (ERNIE)
June 26, 1922 – January 22, 2015
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ernie Harris. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy (Dot) in 2011, Ernie is survived by his children Doug (Maggie) of Qualicum, Gerry (Calanthe) Courtenay, two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Ernie was a long time legion member, veteran of WWII (Navy) and saw action in the North Atlantic. He resided in Parksville since 1943.
A reception will be held on Friday, Jan. 30th, 1pm
at Branch 49 Legion, Parksville.
