Frances was born on April 24th, 1934 in Alert Bay, B.C. and lived in Minstrel Island, Victoria and Parksville. Frances passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20th, 2011.
She is survived by her brother John (Julia), sister Betsy, 7 nieces and nephews, plus numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Frances made many friends during her life and was well-loved by all who knew her.
