Philpott, Frances Mary
of Parksville, passed away in Nanaimo
on August 10, 2013.
She was predeceased by her first husband George and is survived by her husband Gerry Webb, daughter Carol (Paul), grandchildren Sheri-Lynn & Kevin (Nicki), great grandchildren Justin & Ethan.
