SMITH, Frank E.C.
Passed away November 16, 2004 at N.R.G.H., aged 86 years.
Predeceased by wife Catherine and eldest son Frank Jr. Survived by four sons, three daughters, 14 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Frank was a locomotive engineer for 37 years with P.G.E. Railway and B.C. Railway. He was engineer for the Royal Hudson from 1974 until his retirement in 1982. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy and was a merchant seaman during WWII. Graveside service to be held January 11, 2005, 1:00 p.m., at Qualicum Beach Cemetery. PARKSVILLE FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements.
