In loving memory ~
Bunny passed away while asleep, after a stay in Nanaimo Regional General Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Herbert Ward (1965), partner Bob Adams and son David Ward.
Survived by Sharon Curtis (Paul) of Kamloops, Holly Ney (Gord) of Qualicum Beach, Kelly Houle (Ray) of Parksville, Juanita Ward of Oak Lake, her grandchildren, Shamus, Erin, Kory, Blair, Jennelle, Mitchel, Robyn, Logan and her great-grandchildren Samantha, Alexandria, Thomas, Rowan and Greyson.
Bunny was born in Kamloops and raised her family in Vancouver. She moved to Qualicum in 1978 and stayed by the ocean for the rest of her life.
She always was a positive spirit looking for the best in people. She enjoyed her walking group, volunteered at the Legion making her signature cheese and sweet onion sandwiches, which were always the first to go. She had a great sense of humor and a radiant smile. Everyone loved her family dinners.
However, travel was her first love. She traveled to Russia, Europe, China, eastern Europe, Alaska, and she spent her winters in Hawaii and Mexico.

She will be missed by all.
Footsteps of the Angels
No one heard the footsteps
Of the angels drawing near
Who took from earth to heaven
The one we loved so dear
She really hasn't left us
Nor has she travelled far
She walks within Gods Garden
And has left the door ajar
