Helen (91), predeceased by husband John Agg, died of heart failure associated with COPD. Cremation by Yates Memorial Services. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Lung Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation. Helen was born and raised in Fort William, ON, with siblings Anne and George Stephenson. After graduating from college in 1947, Helen taught in the Toronto area for 23 years.
Married to John in December 1953, they owned the Country Gallery in Terra Cotta from 1970 - 75 before moving to Qualicum Bay in 1976, where they opened and ran the Agg Works Gallery for 24 years before retiring. Helen made the pottery and glassworks sold at the gallery, and John was the artist.
Helen resided at The Gardens in Qualicum Beach since 2012. She was a gentle and cheerful lady and will be greatly missed by all her friends and by her extended family in Ontario and elsewhere.
