BENNETT, Henry (Hank) Eric
1921 – 2006
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hank Bennett of Qualicum Beach on October 27, 2006. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 64 years and best friend, Verna, and his family, Rick (Lynne) and Bob (Joanne). Hank lived an interesting life with two successful careers. In his first, a 31 year Air Force career, he lived with his family across Canada and in Metz, France. After retiring as a Squadron Leader in 1970, he started his second career in real estate in Qualicum Beach. Hank will be remembered as a top-notch tennis player, named best in Victoria for 1945 – 47. He was also a long-time member and past President of the Qualicum Beach Memorial Golf Club.
At his request, there will be no service.
