Hugh passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit at N.R.G.H. with his wife Fran by his side.
Survived by 2 sons; Ken (Arvena), Devon AB., Rob (Nicole) grandchildren Anson & Bryn, Parksville, BC; sisters Phyllis Mulligan (George), and their family, Glenboro, Manitoba; Gail Elmhirst and her family Carberry, Manitoba.
