Isaac was born on the family farm in Coombs, BC on August 5, 1921. He served as a Firefighter for the Canadian Air Force during WWII. Isaac retired in the late 1980’s but still continued to work at home. He enjoyed spending time with his family and doing some travelling. The family would like to thank attending BC Ambulance Paramedics, Coombs/Hilliers Fire Department, Dr. Cooper and the staff at NRGH.

A heart of gold stopped beating,

Hardworking hands at rest,

God broke our hearts to prove to us,

He only takes the best.

The leaves and flowers may wilt,

The golden sun may set,

but the heart that loved so dearly,

Are the ones who won’t forget.
