Mom is survived by her
three children Ron (Alice),
Rosalie (Dave), and Rick. Also
grandchildren RaeAnna, Rhonda, Heidi, Jakob,
Jessica and Leia. Great grandchildren Benjamin,
Robert, Noah, Eden, Aiden, Mataya and Xenon.
Mom was born in Dashwood and lived her life in the
Qualicum Beach area.
She married her loving husband Jack in 1944. They
raised their three children in a fi shing, logging and
landscaping environment. Mom over the years
worked for Craig Reid’s Grocery, Red & White and
later Qualicum Hardware.
Mom’s hobbies included bowling, curling and being a
good neighbour to friends who like to stop by for tea
and homemade baking especially Christmas cake in
the holiday season.
A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is sadly missed by all.
With heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff and the long
term care attendants of The Gardens for their loving
care of Mom.
