Beloved husband of Janet, passed away at the Nanaimo?Palliative Care Centre on Sunday, September 21, 2008
He is the loving father of his son, Christopher (Sokin) Holte of High River, AB, Alisa (Devon) Holte of Peace River, AB, and loving grandfather of Sasha, Liam and Seamus of Peace River, AB.
Jim is also survived by his brother, David (Mary) Holte, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at Qualicum?Community Baptist Church, 600 Beach Rd, Qualicum Beach, BC on Friday, September 26, 2008 at 2:00 pm.
If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial tributes can be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, 1200 Dufferin Cresc., Nanaimo, BC V9S 2B7.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Nanaimo Regional General Palliative Care Unit for their tender, patient loving care of Jim.
