It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderfully dedicated man. His passion for life has left behind memories in the hearts of many people.
Jeff fought a courageous battle against an aggressive esophageal cancer for eight months, and passed peacefully in his home of 26 years with his family. Jeff was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Joan and Jasper Veerman, he only spent a few years in Winnipeg before moving to the West Coast of British Columbia on the North Shore. This is where he met many of his lifelong friends, as well as his life partner Terri. Jeff has left behind three children, Deanna, Wesley and Shannon, as well as his mother Joan, brother Ron, sister Nicolette, and his many inlaws and cousins. Family meant the world to him.
A celebration of life will be held July 16th, 2022. Details to follow.
