It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeff Power. Jeff passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer on Monday, June 16, 2008 with his loving wife Kim, of thirty years by his side. He will be sadly missed by his mother Karen Power, brother Mart Power, sisters Jill Babcock and Michele Antaya (Paul), sister and brother-in-laws, Marge and Cal, Jamie and Linda, Gail and Jake, Randy and Kelly, all his nieces and nephews and many, many friends. Jeff was a very loving and caring person and was loved by all that knew him. His passion for life was evident in his love of music, sailing, snow boarding and Tai Chi. He lived each day with dignity, humour and never gave up on hope.
Service of Celebration of Jeff’s life will be held at the ?Yates Funeral Home, 1000 Allsbrook Road, Parksville, B.C.
on Wednesday, June 25th at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations to B.C. Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
