It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of our sister Joan Ann Conn in her home in Parksville B.C. Born in Port Alberni, predeceased by her husband Floyd Conn in 1991. Survived by her loving family, brothers, Gerald Houbregs of Abbotsford, Terry Houbregs of Port Alberni, sister Judy Peters of Abbotsford and a niece Lacey Houbregs of Nanaimo. A special thanks to Barb Ashmead , Marg Bull and Dan Crema. Thanks as well to all relatives, friends and home support during Joan's final days. Joan was a lover of animals and had a heart of gold. In lieu of flowers send donations to the Parksville/Qualicum S.P.C.A. would be appreciated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
