GAYTON, John Wilmot June 21, 1935 to January 17, 2007
John is lovingly remembered by his wife Ruth, brothers Robert (Penny), David (Céline), children Jane (Walter), David (Michelle) and Renée (Lawrence) and by his stepchildren Rebecca, Allison (Jan) and Lauren (Niel) and grandchildren. John is deeply missed, though his sense of fun will always remain with us.
Remembered also for his other loves—restoring old cars (any takers?), playing sports (including organizing and competing for Zone 2 in the BC Senior’s Games), and his numerous community service and volunteer activities.
Please bring a favourite memory (complimentary or otherwise) and join us to celebrate John’s life Saturday, January 27 2007 anytime between 2:00 to 4:30 pm at the Quality Resort Bayside, 240 Dogwood Street, Parksville, BC.
