TOLLERTON, Josephine (Jose) Robinson (nee Reid) Born December 29, 1925 in Arbroath, Scotland Passed away February 19, 2004 Jose worked in the dental field for many years. Married husband Bob in 1953, and travelled widely in Europe and Canada. Chose a loving son Mark Scott in 1961 who passed away in 2000. Jose was a Brownie leader for many years and belonged to the Guider Association. Jose loved floral arranging, gardening and interior decorating. She and Bob remodelled many houses over the years. Jose helped Bob run the Diabetic Assn. in the Saanich and Parksville areas. Jose belonged to cancer groups in Parksville and was a founding member of the Parksville Lawn Bowling Club. She struggled with diabetes and cancer over many years. Jose was devoted to her faith and was involved with missionary groups and she will be missed by her family and friends, old and new. A Celebration Service will be held Thursday, February 26, 2004, 2:00 p.m. at St. Columba Presbyterian Church, 921 Wembley Road, Parksville No flowers by request.
