Joyce AYERS
September 1, 1923 – January 18, 2016
Sadly, Joyce passed away at Nanaimo Regional Hospital on Monday, January 18, 2016. She leaves to mourn her children and their families, Penny, Chris, Tony, and Byron; sister, Gladys of Spain; and many extended family members and friends. Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Morley.
Joyce and Morley shared a wonderful life together filled with many adventurous trips, love, and laughter. She was a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #211 in Bowser and served on the Ladies Auxiliary for many years.
Joyce will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honour at a later date.
