Julie MORAES - CALDWELL

April 30, 1938 - July 21, 2007

(nee BOSSONS) Julie passed away Saturday, after her courageous fight with cancer. She is predeceased by her first husband of 45 years, Daryl. Julie will be missed by her mother Eleanor Malkin, brother John (Ila) Bossons, her husband and companion of 5 years Richard; her children: Laia (Dave), Andrea, John (Maxine), Keith (Mariah), and her grandchildren Jessica, Steven, Jillian, Derian, Brendan and Kayanne.

Always active in her communities, Julie was a volunteer firefighter, and Paramedic Unit Chief in Sayward. A member of the Quilters Guild, Rotary, Beta sigma Phi. Fellowship Baptist Church, past owner of Amoraes Fashions, a Paramedic and a frequent seller of her fantastic baked goods and vegetables at the farmers markets in Errington and Qualicum. Julie retired from the B.C. Ambulance Service in 2005 after 22 years of service but furthered her education becoming a Pharmacy Assistant. Julie will be missed by all whose lives she touched. God Speed Julie, we miss you already.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday,August 7, 2007 at Parksville Fellowship Baptist Church, 550 N Pym Rd, Parksville, B.C.

Donations may be made in Julie’s memory to the Parksville Fellowship Baptist Church designated for the Bethlehem Walk.
