June passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of June 20th.
Born in England, June 5th 1926, she and her family immigrated to Canada in 1957, settling first in Quebec then Ontario. June and her husband retired to Qualicum Beach in 1990.
Predeceased by husband Syd in 2007 she is survived by son Stuart, daughter Diane, granddaughters Janet and Jenny and four great grandchildren. She also leaves several good friends with whom she stayed connected through the years.
