It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Karen Lee Brower on July 20, surrounded by love, at the age of 65.
Karen is survived by her loving husband of almost 46 years Gregg, her children Danielle (Steve) & Sean (Melissa), grandchildren Honor, Seth, Piper, Maksim & Sy, brothers Kent (Sharon) & Scott (Chrissie) and many nieces and nephews.
Karen accepted all that was thrown at her in life with a gracious smile, calm demeanor and endless patience. Because of this, she made friends easily and kept them long; Mo, Jeannette, Jitka, Juanita and Bonita. They all took great care of her and loved her very much.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trillium Hospice in Parksville. A celebration for Karen will be held Saturday Sept 7 at 3 pm at Danielle & Steve's home.
