DEWOLFE, Katherine Ruth

Passed away October 5, 2002
at Victoria General Hospital
She leaves Percy, her husband of 53 years, 2 daughters: Donna (Paul McGrath) and Rose, along with grandchildren Kelsey, Patrick, Ben, Michelle and Daniel. Also survived by brothers Roy, Ron and Herb Whyte and sisters Gail Elliott, Darlene Paquet, Marion Cook, Jean Rouse, Beulah Lawson and their families. Predeceased by her brother John in May 2002.
Ruth grew up on Lasqueti Island and lived for many years in Whitehorse, Yukon. She served in the Air Force during WW II. She loved her grandchildren and going to bingo with Peggy and Elizabeth. The family would like to thank Herbie & Gail for their support during these difficult months.
A celebration of her life was held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Qualicum Beach
