January 2, 1922 – February 17, 2009
Mom passed away suddenly and peacefully
at the Nanaimo Regional Hospital.
Kaye is predeceased by her son Bobby (1959), her grandson Randy Lansall (1983), her husband Jim McInnes (1989), her son Don (1994), her special friend Peter Chappele (1994), her grandson Paul Armstrong (1996), grandson Troy Lansall (2004) and daughter-in-law Aldene Armstrong (2007).
Mom will be greatly missed by her children: Laurie, Marilyn, Ken and Pat; her brother Doug Philips (Margaret) and numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A very special than you to Denise, who always went “the extra mile” for mom and Gwen for all your care and support.
A memorial service and tea will be held on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009 at Piercy’s Mt. Washington Funeral Home, 440 England Ave, Courtenay. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
