It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mom, Grandma, Oma, Sister and Aunt. Kathy passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Fred, father Alfred McCollum, mother Nora Duncan and sister Doreen.
Kathy leaves behind son Rick; daughters Wendy (Blaine) and Monica (Cliff); grandchildren Tina (Ryan), Kurtis and Michael; great grandchildren Dylan, Alyssa, and Jackson, whom she
cherished very much, as well as her sister Ellie, her kitty Suzie and many more family and friends.
Kathy was a bookkeeper for many years. She was a past president and life member of the Branch 49 Legion. She is now reunited with her lifelong love, Fred.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Branch 49 Legion in Parksville. Her family invites you to join them and reflect on a life well lived.
