It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved husband, father and Pa.
Ken fought a long and courageous battle with cancer and is now at peace.
Predeceased by his parents Albert & Irma and brother Doug. Ken leaves behind the love of his life Dorothy, and is survived by his children Jamie & Alicia (Rob). His six grandkids that gave him so much joy, Jayce, Kaitlyn, Logan, Nixson, Stella, and Kourtney. And a very special nephew Chris (Colleen).
Ken's logging career began with falling trees for Kennedy Lake, Sproat, Franklin and Nanaimo River Divisions and finished his last few years as a logging truck driver, before retiring in 2011.
Ken has always owned boats and loved his time on the water. He also had a passion for his cars.
He & Dorothy loved camping and spent 13 years heading South where they made many friends.
