L.W.D. (Bill) METZ
June 3, 1938 – December 1, 2016
Bill passed away on December 1, 2016 in Busan, South Korea doing what he loved - travelling with his family. Bill was born in Gilbert Plains, Manitoba, spent many years in Victoria, BC and Calgary, Alberta before retiring to Parksville, BC in 1992.
He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife of 54 years, Helen; daughters, Janet Romero and Joanne (Kevin) Metz of Calgary; 4 grandchildren, Brandon and Alexandra McLaren of Victoria, BC and Daniel and Matthew Romero of Calgary, Alberta; sister, Barbara Plummer; niece, Cheryl Maines; as well as many extended family members and friends.
At Bill’s request, no service will be held.
